Deliberti offers a hassle-free return policy allowing you to return or exchange your luxury fashion items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Deliberti account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes and dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected by our quality team, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
